As an Investment Officer in our Denver office, I work with philanthropic families and nonprofit organizations every day to help them maximize their impact. Hirtle & Co.’s ability to successfully manage their critical pools of capital is what enables these families and nonprofits to thrive.

After more than a decade in the United States Air Force, I learned how fulfilling service can be. It’s extremely rewarding to help my clients craft smart financial plans so they can fulfill their personal and organizational missions. At Hirtle & Co., I’m able to do meaningful work by helping my clients scale the difference they are making in the world.

I often say that I specialize in creating order out of chaos. The families and organizations I work with have complex financial lives. It’s my job to design a cohesive investment program so they can rest easy knowing that their assets are well-stewarded. That starts with asking the right questions so I get to know each client’s aspirations and needs in depth. Then I help implement the investment strategy and communicate transparently so it feels like a true partnership.

In my free time, I enjoy coaching hockey for my twin sons and spending time with my wife and daughter. Hockey has been a part of my life since I can remember, and it is fun to now see my sons embracing it.

I also devote time to serving on the Board of Trustees of Culver Academy, my high school alma mater, and Energy Outreach Colorado, where I am Chair of the Investment Committee.
